Danny Green - 4 x IBO World Champ

Danny Green just won his fourth world title tonight over New Zealand's Shane Cameron in Melbourne. Green dominated the fight - 119-109, 116-112 and 116-113 on the three judges' scorecards- to claim the IBO world cruiserweight title.

Here's a clip on the training it took to get there:

"Do you know how hard that was? Australia I love all of you so much," Green said. "I really do carry on and I'm a bit embarrassed. But I'm just so happy, I've been through some tough times and I've been knocked out."

"My brother BG (Brendan) flew in and gave me such great strength and then my wife and kids flew in. To win in such a sport loving town [Melbourne] means so much to me."

The younger Cameron dropped a significant amount of weight to make his 88.5-kilogram weigh-in mark for tonight's fight but it was Green who packed the most power and landed the most punches throughout.

At times during the last three rounds, it looked as if Green would send Cameron to the canvas once and for all. That never eventuated but no-one in Hisense Arena - or at home - would have doubted that 39-year-old Green was well ahead on all three scorecards.
