Voting opens on the 1st of July until 31st July, the top 20 videos voted per region go through to the King of the Groms Godfathers voting panel for the second and final regional selections! The 15 Winners will be announced August 1st who will compete in the International Final, during the Quiksilver Pro France 2013! Now it's up to you to get wild and creative!
